Are these lyme symptoms

Hello,
My wife has been diagnosed with lyme and multiple co-infections for over 5 years now. I have been tested also but the results come back negative.
The past few days I have had very itchy blister like hives come and go. On my arms, neck, feet, waist area. They flare up, disappear then reappear somewhere else. I also get a swollen tongue and strong chest pains that also come and go as well.
My question is if anyone else out there that has been diagnosed has these symptoms.

How long have you had these symptoms?

I have not had those symptoms that you listed.

What lab did you use for the Western Blot?
