Owners of Singleton's book,is it still worth owning?

I've been reading excerpts from singleton's book on LDN. I've considered ordering it. It was published a few years back. For those of you who own it (considering all the advances) is it still worth the purchase for the rest of the content? Not just LDN. I noticed in the table of contents, diet info and other useful info. Is it outdated?

Purple Tulip - I just went to the LDN website and it really hasn't changed much since I first looked at it - about a year and a half ago, even though it was recently updated.
There appears to be more clinical trial information, though.

I don't own the book, but I think it would be a good read for someone interested in LDN

Sorry - I didn't explain myself well - what I was trying to say is that the basic information of LDN has not changed - so it does appear to be timeless...in that sense.

(Except for new clinical trials and other new information)


Hopefully someone else has Dr. Singleton's book and can post.

You might want to add to the title of the post something like - is it worth getting?- or something similar to help catch the attention of those that have read it.

That is exactly what I was wondering. I too saw the date.
