Gun Control and Lyme Disease

Following Obama's Gun Control Town Hall meeting last night, I began wondering if Lyme Disease will be considered under the realm of "mental illness" and therefore anyone with Lyme Disease will by default loose their 2nd Amendment right.

When I had my Igenex test taken, they submitted my positive results to my state's Infectious Disease board. My state submitted a formal document to my doctor notifying him that I have Lyme Disease and have been added to the Infectious Disease database.

Then my doctor instructed me to submit my claim to Social Security because of all the financial hardship that I've undergone over the past year, losing my job, all the medical tests and doctors visits paid for out of pocket, has cost me close to 10 thousand dollars or more.

In Obama's executive order and gun control legislation, they are aiming for gun confiscation from anyone deemed "mentally ill" or who collects Social Security.

Just wanted to give fellow lymie gun owners a heads up about what might be coming down the pike.

That's a good point.

Hopefully we get ignored.
