Slight hot/flush feeling in head from Babesia?

Wanted to ask my fellow Babs sufferers if this in particular has happened to you. One of my biggest complaints with Babs symptoms is this head woosiness/inflammation that seems to mostly hit worse in in the afternoons, however a few times I've had a different head feeling which is more of a constant, slight hot feeling in the forehead and behind it area. It's not the usual ramp up in the afternoon its more a constant like a pot on a slow simmer.

This has happened when I started Alinia, Coartem and now recently where the only thing I started about a week ago was Artimisiae-2. With the Alinia it lasted a few days the first round, less so the second round and almost disappeared the 3rd round. Same with Coartem.

Herx I assume? Something else? Thanks for any insight.
