Just added these two (finally came in the mail). Holy moly! Which one delivers the power punch? I wasnt thinking and took them both (not even full strength.

It actually could be either one. JK is really good for treating Lyme, and Eleuthero helps to raise the immune function.
I suggest keeping your doses very low and only introducing one at a time. Maybe 3 - 7 days in between starting them? And keep your detoxing at higher levels as well.

I started on the knotwood first, but mostly because it beat the eluthero to my door mat, lol! I think which one you go for first would be based on your symptoms - but defo whichever you start on 'low and slow' and detox.

It doesn't matter which one you start first, as you will start the other one as soon as you are "stable" on a low dose of the first one. You should add in each of the 3 herbs before you reach full doses as they are synergistic (work together and increase each other's potency).
