New nerve pain!

I ate some hot green chilis the other night and I got this intense burning up the back of my neck and into my brain! It was so painful! My nerves have been very raw lately. As a test, I ate some hot wings tonight and the same thing happened, only not as intense. Has this happened to anyone before? My only symptoms currently are a streaky rash on my stomach during my epsom salt bath, tingling and fizzing sensations around the brain, stiff trapezoid {original bite site} and burning back and sore feet. Everything comes and goes throughout the day. My homeopath thinks I might have dissolved some biofilms and am dealing with Bartonella. This has been going on for a week.

If it is just with spicy foods, I would think it is more of an intense acid reflux. I would try an antacid and see if that helps. Or if you are not dairy free, you could try some milk and see if that lessons the pain.
