Thank you for sharing this, Georgia Hunter!
While I was aware of certain stats related to vaccines, seeing them summarized here makes them a bigger eye-opener.
It was because of those stats that I've been doing things to support my immune system as well as attempting to nip certain viruses/bacteria in the bud (by taking Monolaurin).
While eating a predominantly vegetable laden diet with a lot of spinach, kale, greens, berries, and eating few acidic foods with the exception of fruit and meat once a week, I was able to get my immune system so potent that I was immune to all of the bacteria and viruses I encountered for 3 years. Being around a lot of sick people, I was around a lot of different things but none of them (including the flu) were able to cause me any issues. I am not there now as I deviated to see how far I could go before infection occurred and need to get back there.
Dr Joel Fuhrman's book Super Immunity was an interesting read and I used it to help form what I ate.
