Splinter hemorrhages

Has anyone had splinter hemorrhages show up during treatment? Or can this be a symptom of lyme or coinfection? I am being treated for lyme, bart and babesia. I read it could be heart issues but i have no chest pain.

I had them before and during treatment. Do you have any heart symptoms at all? If so, you may want to see your doctor - but they can be a sign of quite a few things, one of which is Babesia.

Thanks Traveler, no i dont have any heart symptoms. I just started babesia treatment last week and i didnt notice these before. I wondered if maybe the treatment was bringing these out. Ive been on lyme and bart treatment for last 7 weeks.

It could easily be from your treatments. Do keep an eye on them though and make sure that your LLMD is aware of them as well - just to be safe. =)
