Liver Detox part of detoxing?

Excuse me if this is a silly question, but I just started taking TUDCA (tauroursodeoxycholic acid) from Gun Show Supplements (my LLMD's preferred liver detox brand). Is taking this pill considered a detox method along with lemon water, epsom salt baths, etc.?

Yes, detoxing the liver should be a part of your detox routines. We push a LOT of toxins through our poor livers! Milk thistle detoxes the liver and protects it as well.
