HLA-DR results. Please help interpret

These are my results:

DRB1 *07 (DR7)
DRB1 *13 (DR13)

DQB1 *02 (DQ2)
DQB1 *03 (DQ7)

DRB3,4,5. DRB3*01 (DR52)
DRB4*01 (DR53)


My question is do you look at the alleles from each parent and look at the pattern on the shoemaker protocol or do you combine all your alleles and see if there's a pattern that matches in the shoemaker protocol?

If I get time I'll see if I can figure this out tomorrow, unless someone else helps you first. I was able to figure mine out but you have different numbers than I did. I ended up with 15-6-51.

Did you take the other mold marker tests (there are usually insc covered too) that shoemaker recommends?

I did those first (was negative per Shoemaker) to avoid the cost of the HLA DR test. Had I been positive on those, I would have done this one too.

My HLA-DR tests were covered by insurance too.
I have not done the other tests yet. My llmd said he is not familiar with mold and order thsee for other purposes.
