Not that I'm a guru either, but I don't think either heating or cooling in liquid would be a problem. It would just be another form of extraction - like heating in water and cooling through various temperatures produces a good infusion.
Buhner says the herbs can be taken with food, so I don't think jello would be a problem.
I have had jello shots
, so if there is not too much alcohol in the tinctures, it might work; I'm not sure the jello would be palatable though. Other posters are right about
either cherry or pomegranate juice; the taste is very powerful.
