You don't really need to detox first for long unless you have some very debilitating symptoms - then it really helps to get those detox pathways
open as far as you can before requiring them to work hard.
Lyme is supposed to be diagnosed by your symptoms with tests to hopefully back it up, but it doesn't happen that way all the time. Usually we can help you figure out if you have a reason to be concerned by looking at your list of symptoms though. But, just based on what you posted above about
your symptoms is enough to say that it's likely. Very few things create havoc like Lyme does in the body.
