I took Boswellia recently because I was aching from gardening work and thought some of you might be interested to know more about it:

hmmm. My LLND used to provide me with a Curcumin/boswellia combo supplement..
A few months ago, he switched me to a different Curcumin supplement - that doesn't have boswelia.

I'm wondering if I should switch back...because I seem to have an overall body pain lately..that I can't put my finger on...
