As for the monolaurin causing issues on a strep test, I just don't know. I can see the potential for it to be an issue, yet that's not always the case.
As for the scratch not healing, that can happen any time the immune system is compromised, or if you get a scratch from, say, a cat that's carrying Bartonella! I did that for a while before I connected the dots and got the cat treated for Bart.
Should you find yourself needing to use abx again, I would suggest that 2 hours after each dose, take your probiotics to replenish what was destroyed - and maybe pick up either a probiotic with more strains or add in a second probiotic.
Even if my suggestions aren't what you were looking for, at least this will bump it up so that you will get some more responses!
