My list looks a lot like yours.
I do real parsley. I put it in our food or just a sprig on the dinner plate to eat after.
Cilantro is real in our house too. I love the taste of it. In eggs, or dips or in a sauce over the fish. I try not to ever cook it, I want the real deal.
Another real thing is tumeric. It can make a orange mess on a cutting board but it is yummy. Also great on eggs. It is like ginger (a root) but chops better, not as stringy. It will stain a counter so wipe it up quick.
I love Braggs Apple Cider vinegar drinks. I think the Concord Grape is my latest fav. That's 8 fluid ounces and I love GT Millennium kombucha - I am very hooked on Multi-Green and that's 8 fluid ounces.
I eat a lot of garlic. I love it.
I love my lemon water!!
I dry brush and cold rinse at the end of the shower.
I do a swig of benadryl some nights. Y'all know I do childrens liquid.

Gosh, I know I am missing some.
I keep thinking of things. My probiotics, my exercise, charcoal, Every day I do some kind of fermented food. I just got beet and apples, so very yummy. And I got carrot slices fermented in ginger and tumeric. I love just a little bowl of sauerkraut.
Bet I am still leaving something out. LOL
