Hello, new to this incredible resource and just finished the first link regarding 'new to Lyme.' I was hoping to get some suggestions for the best LLMD in the New York City area. I saw an old post about a Dr. R, but couldn't find much more than that. So grateful for any suggestions- thank you so much!

Hi Micha085 - welcome to our community!

That's great that you have already found the "New to Lyme..." thread and looked through it.

In addition to getting recommendations from members, you can also try the ILADS Physician Referral system - here is the link:

Also, for members to privately email you recommendations, you will need to enable your email option. We don't post the LLMD's names on here for privacy reasons.

Hi Micha 085 - my Dr in NYC is awesome, but she is going on a 3 month leave. I have some opinions about Dr R and also know of another Dr C - email me, and I will fill you in!!
