Hi everyone,
I have had this horrible skin issue for over a year, that no doctor yet has been able to help me with. I have no idea if it's from my Lyme/Bart etc., or poor functioning liver, detoxing through my skin....totally clueless.

All over my face, chest, arms, stomach and back are what look like acne - but when I pop them, they are these little white things with HAIRS growing out of them (most of the time a single hair, other times several hairs). Also, when I rub my hands over my body, I have these tiny sand granule-like things resting on the top of my skin.

I've looked into Morgellons - and have no other symptoms that match, other than what I mentioned above. And they don't look like fibers, but actual hairs. Anyone else have this?? I'm so embarrassed to show skin and it's really affecting my self confidence. :(

Welcome brilymie. Glad you found us to ask questions.

I had like acne on my back in one little patch. I used a very soft brush before my shower (detox method) and it has gone away. It was in a position that I could not get a good look at it and I don't know if it was a part of lyme or not. I just thought maybe the dead bugs were coming out of my skin and I would wash them away.

Our skin is a huge living organ and it does get rid of toxins.

Since having lyme, my husband has discovered (while giving me a back rub) - some pores that have little fibers sticking out of them. They aren't hairs...they're thicker than hairs. He has trouble removing them. He squeezes...and they don't budge...then he takes tweezers...and sometimes can pull them out.

Don't know what they are, though.

Wow I also have these acne type things and when I squeeze them it is hairs that come out. I thought I was going crazy so I wasn't going to ask but I am glad I am not alone. I wonder what they are?

Just my experience your maybe different but if its morgellons it should respond to two weeks of albendazole and ivermectin. I would give that a try
