I think it is a good idea, I haven't tried it myself, but I heard it is beneficial, as well as barley grass.
But it does contain gluten, doesn't it?
I was 6 month gluten free but without major improvement, however, I think to give it another shoot. My stomach is in horibble state right now and maybe gluten free meals would help it to settle down.
I am not sure about it yet, I don't like gluten free diet :D
Nevertheless, I heard about green magma benefits, that is barley grass. My friend tried it, I wanted to buy it but it really expensive here. I think wheatgrass and barley grass are similar.
