Toe problems?

I am having a very strange thing happening. My toe hurts. Not the joint, (although I've got that going too with another toe, however) but around the nail. And, it seems the nail has stopped growing. Any thoughts?

It is very sore to touch. But not red and hot like its infected. I've soaked it, but it doesn't seem to help. Have you ever heard of this?

Mine is the same way. It almost feels like someone is pressing a fingernail into the cuticle. I frequently

take my shoe off to see if there is something causing irritation but there never is. The outside of that same

toe is also numb and tingles frequently. It has given me fits for years as has my whole left foot and leg so

I think it is the Lyme. I don't think that particular toenail grows very much either. But the toenail on my

4h toe on that same foot really grows the toenail! It is so strange.

I first experienced this a few months back in my pinkie toe: it was red, swollen (but hard to the touch, as if it had grown an extra bone) and very painful. After some Dr. Google, it really seemed like it was exotosis of the foot, which I believe (and I could be so wrong) is a symptom of bartonella.

The pinkie toe still looks bigger and red to me, but it doesn't hurt any more. However, out of the clear blue sky yesterday, after a long day on my feet, my right big toe suddenly became both painful AND numb- numb to the touch but painful with pressure. It was extra hard to the touch. Seemed like the same thing that had happened to my pinkie.

Glad I have you guys to make me feel less crazy. I've stopped bother to report to my husband all the random symptoms I've been experiencing!
