Climate affecting symptoms?

We are considering a move mainly for financial reasons. (Trying to battle lyme has wiped out our savings, put us in a severe amount of debt, and has made it really hard to survive monthly where we live.)

We moved to a very expensive coastal area of California before I got sick with the intentions of me getting a job after a few years. Then I got sick and haven't been able to help with finances. Because of this, we are considering moving back to a more affordable city where we have family and friends to support us.

But, I'm wondering how climate affects those of you with lyme? Right now we are in a coastal, foggy area. We've had lots of problems with rentals we've lived in having mold issues because of the weather here.

Where we would be moving is the opposite- very hot and dry. However, it's one of the smoggiest cities in the country. Just wondering what any of your experiences have been living in different climates.

I think our bodies are amazing at adapting to new environments.

Barometric changes have always affected me, even pre-lyme.

I think mold would be worse for me than smog. Smog you can get an air filter for inside your home and most cars have inside filters now days.

Mold, you cannot control. It will be there no matter what. And the remedy to mold is bleach to kill it and that is nasty to breath.

I think you will fair well.
