Progress Update

I wanted to keep posting on my progress for other people and for myself so I can look back on it later when I'm well(if i don't have other things to do which i probably will be way too busy enjoying life!)

The onset of my symptoms was VERY sudden and right around the beginning of December of last year. At first I thought I was dopamine depleted and had adrenal fatigue but I have discovered adrenal problems are just a part of the picture. So I've had this for thank god ONLY 4 months compared to some people who've had it for 20 years! I'm lucky to have all these online resources and all this information about lyme and it's treatment that has allowed me to relatively quickly figure out what is wrong with me. I think though that if you desire an answer enough you will manifest/create it regardless of whether or not it's on the internet.
I feel like i'm writing like a child, brain function still very low..I would say all in all my brain feels about 50 percent. Could be worse.

Any way over the course of these last four months I have gone every direction possible in seeking a diagnosis and treatment and I almost killed myself trying to treat my brain fog/derealization/depersonalization with Niacin and mega-vitamin therapy. Not a good idea when your kidneys, spleen and liver aren't working properly!

But I feel I have arrived at a point where the end MAY be in sight. I don't see the light yet but I know which way I'm headed in the dark tunnel and I'm committed. No more delays or tangents. Most importantly, as this is my FINAL and ultimate attempt I am finally finally ready to be patient and to put everything, including the time I need into creating this healing.

So I'm doing the core protocol and I'm going to work up to these dosages:

Eleuthero C> 4 grams
Cats Claw> 7 grams
Japanese Knotweed> 7 grams

Slowly. I bought all of the herbs in bulk powdered form and I"m going to prepare them using infusions - i.e hot water.

I'm also doing Brenda Cosentino's herbal parasite cleanse which contains artemisinin for babesia, everything needed to get rid of my candida and restore my gut to health(can you imagine? That's going to be wonderful) and I'm also taking Sida acuta for bartonella as well as some other herbs so I have EVERYTHING covered. Every possibility: Lyme, babesia,bartonella,candida, parasites, protozoa, and pathogens/bacteria.
I get so much anxiety talking about it i'm afraid my spirochetes are going to see me talking about it and know my game plan and I'll jinx it all. lol...

I'm also eating ONLY salmon, tons of dark green vegetables, more vegetables, raw eggs occasionally and taking a handful of supplements.

Once my gut is healed I will start the organic Terry Wahls diet, I'm so excited!!!!!

Also I sunbathe at least 2 hrs a day and boy does that help and make a difference! I wish I could spend all day in the hot sun I would heal a lot quicker.

Interesting....sunbathing. had a few situations where I laid out in the sun and herxed like a madman?

Heat does kill Lyme and I have read this before)

I wasn't aware of that, thanks..I do know buhner updated his protocol for babesia and it no longer includes the artemesinin. Well at least it's a broad spectrum anti-parasitic herb that will kill off a ton of other possible infections. but definitely something to keep in mind.

Yeah of course there is always a backup plan but I just feel like I've gotten down to the bedrock of what I need to do and its time to just do it.
