Do you see where it says "Lyme Ab/Western Blot Reflex" Here's what Quest says about
the test:
"If Lyme Disease Antibody Screen is Equivocal or Positive, Lyme Disease Antibodies (IgG, IgM), Immunoblot will be performed at an additional charge."
www.questdiagnostics.com/testcenter/TestDetail.action?ntc=6646 It's still the ELISA or an IFA test.
" Tests for Lyme disease using IFA have received mixed reviews and some authors believe that the interpretations of IFA assays are overly subjective and that the tests are either functionally insensitive for Lyme-specific antibodies or display considerable cross-reactions with antibodies to other spirochetal organisms."
"ost commercial ELISA tests have comparable sensitivity and specificity because they were made to compare to one another for the FDA 510K process. However, most are inadequate as a screening test because they were not designed by the manufacturers to be sensitive at the 95% level, which is required for screening."

And the thing to remember is that Lyme inhibits the immune response, which is exactly what all the tests are looking for, so if you tested when your immune function was a little low for any reason (like the stress of traveling) false negative results are much more common.
