Since I've joined and made my first couple posts, I've been lurking around a bit a noticed that there are not many topics about
our diets. I have candida, (or some type of bacteria in my mouth, not sure if it's yeast or something else), so I really have to watch my carb/sugar count. I've recently gotten hooked on these things called Quest Bars. They are gluten free, sugar free, low carb protein bars, that just taste HEAVENLY. I can't get enough of them. The amount of protein in them also fills me up and keeps me going for a while. The catch is that they are about
$2.50 per bar. So I found a homemade recipe for them. Here are some links...

You can even make
cookies out of these bars!
