Lab results = ALT is high?

I just got my blood work back from the lab after my first 5 weeks on ABX. A few things are high and low? Anyone else dealt with similar result?

White blood cell count = low 3.2 (range 4 - 11)

Absolute Neuts = low 1.7 (range 2 - 7.5)

ALT = HI 57 (range 12 - 49)

AST = sample unsuitable (sample hemolyzed) not sure what this means?

Kirky - I had low WB count when treating Lyme and my LF tests steadily rose to the point where I decided to take a break from treatment.

Liver enzymes returned to normal after two and a half months and wbc count came up a bit (still not in range). - and then I started Bart antibiotics.

My liver enzymes continued to drop (including my bilirubin which has not been in range since I was about 17 years old) and have remained in range for about 9 months now.
My WBC count is still not in range - it's ranges from 3.2 - 4.0

My neutrophils are also low - contributing to the low WBC count.

I don't know why the liver enzymes have been good since treating Bart - when Rifampin is supposed to be hard on the liver. I wonder if it was bartonella causing the liver issues...and not the antibiotics.
