Definitely the ginger tea that PeteZa suggested! I will drink it 3 times a day when my nausea really kicks in. I also snack on ginger slices when it gets really bad.
Bone broth is very healing to the entire digestive tract, and very nutritious, but soups might also taste better and go down easier for a bit as well.
I know I've seen gluten free saltines (soda crackers), but watch the ingredients, as they sometimes add extra sugar or other things in order to help the taste. You can look for crackers that are made with alternative grains for more gluten free options though.
When my nausea was at it's worst, none of the prescription nausea meds helped, and it took a while for these other option to help, but they did help.
