anyone use Boswelia to help swollen Lyme joints??

We are trying meloxicam to try to bring the swelling down on my sons knee. Hjs pain has gone since being on the doxycycline ,but still puffy over the knee.

I was told about Boswelia and was wondering if anyone has used this natural supplement instead of other anti inflamitories??

I used it as a cream on my knees and it was "kinda" a relief.

The one I really like, which is homeopathic, is Boericke & Tafel Sports Gel. It has the best combo for me. You might try it. Available on Amazon.

My acupuncturist loves to use Arnica gel.

I was taking a Boswelia and Curcumin combo for many months to help with my joint pain.

It didn't seem to be helping.

Maybe I should try it again,now that I'm further along in treatment.
