3 Lyme, co-infection herbs and/or medications and only 3 body supporting herbs/vitamins what would they be?

Many of us are blessed to be able to buy as many items that we need in this fight to get better, but some people are not that fortunate. There are many herbs and medicinals available, however sometimes trying to NARROW that list down is a hard feat when on a tight budget.

So, put your thinking cap on and really think about what has given you or is currently giving you the BIGGEST symptom relief bang for your buck. In your response please list out the items and WHY it is a MUST have and its purpose.

Remember the list limitations above.

I know that's 6 but none of them are too expensive at all. Those are the 6 things that no matter what I make sure I take or do every day.

Three single herbs, or three treatments? I use multiple herbs to treat my Lyme and I treat bart by adding in 1 herb to that mix. My treatments are not exactly 'cost effective' but they are effective for me

As for what I would recommend for others though, I recommend Buhner's, and to go after whichever infection seems to be producing the most or the most severe symptoms, so it's specific for the person.

As for the body supporting, I think many of us need the most help with detoxing, so my recommendation and what I do is liver support (milk thistle, glutathione/ALA), support digestion if that's an issue for that person (digestive enzymes/apple cider vinegar), and then whatever else is giving them lots of issues. It might be ashwagandha if they have adrenal or thyroid issues, or Hawthorne if the heart is an issue, or if immune function is the biggest issue, then immune support (chaga, bee pollen or other)

It's really quite difficult to narrow it down like this because although we all have Lyme, we can have very different needs. For example, my adrenals are worse off than many here, so I need a lot more support for them than most people and it takes a spot of great importance for my recovery. Those that don't have severe adrenal issues can concentrate on other portions of their recovery.

Green Dragon Core Protocol - Jap Knotweed, Cats Claw, Andrographis (main herbs)
Modified Citrus Pectin to mop up junk (trouble sleeping when I forget to take it)
Ashwaghanda (whole foods brand - I feel like it works better than Gaia brand)
Magnesium Topical (spray and/or Magnesium butter) - haven't had restless leg since using it

I wish I could add more. It's hard to know for certain what is working but I tried to pick things that I notice a difference when I don't use. I would have loved to add in there Aztec Bentonite Clay w/Epsom salt for my detox baths (-:
