Carla if I were speaking to myself, I would first say, SLOW DOWN AND BREATHE.
Then I would acknowledge that I am getting stronger and that I don't want to mess that up. I would ask the question, am I prepared to take on something additional at THIS TIME? If no, then for now I would just continue with what I'm doing. If I did feel strong enough, then I would make a list of the choices and determine the priorities. In order to do that, you may have to do some online research and have your hubby help you. You will drive yourself crazy listening to everyone and everything. You cannot take everything that these people are saying at face value. I know we want to trust that they know what they are talking about, but you also have to do your own research. There will always be some doctor or person willing to sell you anything.
Once the research is done, I would ask, what is the benefit of doing this NOW or doing it LATER? Meaning what is the gain or possibly the loss if done NOW or LATER. Everything cannot be done at once or you may lose the small strides that you are making.
I can tell you that heavy metal detoxing/chelation is heavy stuff and you have to be strong. It doesn't sound to me that you have convinced yourself that that is a priority at this time. However if you think you want to try it, why not start small with an herb such as parsley or cilantro? Test the waters a little. Then possibly bring out the big guns with this lady a little further down the line.
As far as parasites, you are already tackling some of those through your gut plan. That tea has herbs that will help with that on a small scale for now.
Again I think you just need to breathe, research and determine what you are PHYSICALLY, but most importantly, MENTALLY prepared to take on. Prioritize.
