I understand. I don't know about
you but my weight loss is more in the lower body. I actually like how my upper half looks. For the first time in my life if I was to go to the beach and take my shirt off I wouldn't be self conscious about
it lol. I even like how my shirts fit.
But the lower body I don't like. Skinny stick chicken legs lol.
I hope it swings back the other way again and if it does do all I can to maintain it.
Also, I'll give the red root a try. I was going to get some anyway for its other uses like detoxing/lymph drainage.
