PeteZa, Genesis bread must be a local thing. They use sprouted grains and use lots of nuts and seeds in their bread. Yup, one of these days it will be back on the menu.
Being a diabetic, have learned that some gluten free products have more carbs than the regular product. To make it easy for me, I just don't eat bread anymore.
I've rediscovered vegie wraps thanks to you. Yummy! Have been putting turkey breast in mine, but going to try tunafish and a soy free salad dressing that gut likes this afternoon. Romain lettuce is on the grocery list now.

Project, I'm with you about being wary of someone who claims to be knowledgeable in a little researched field and then has the pills to cure it. But, Josh Axe did did teach me about leaky gut causing more problems than just digestive issues.
Since I got c-diff, my blood glucose has been low, and no matter what I ate (except pizza), the numbers stayed low. Now I understand that my pancreas is also being affected by leaky gut. Strangely enough, the numbers are slowly coming back up.
I didn't buy any pills from him, but I did learn from him.

Krimpet, I've been taking l-glutamine for years. One 1,000mg pill a day. Was going to up it to two 1,000 mg a day.
Didn't know to be cautious with it.
