I agree with rain city. I did it for 5 weeks. 5x a week with other therapies (UVBI, mah ozone, MAS mat, etc). After, the first week, I reduced it to 3x a week. It was intense, however my clinician worked the intensity to adjust to my needs. Each session was 30 minutes, but again I spent 3-4 hours a day during sequential therapies.
Yes start slowly. I could not understand why after some sessions I was dizzy, etc. Then I figured out that it was killing things off and I needed to detox that out of my body. Whew....
It did wonders for me at the end of the day. It helped with circulation, fatigue, etc. But I needed that day in between to recoup. I would recommend starting with 5 minutes and going up from there.
Which device did you purchase? I would not mind doing it again, perhaps once or twice a week.
