Generally, dry skin brushing is an easier detox method, but I must warn you, if you are herxing from the detox that lemon water helps with, your body is likely either overloaded with toxins or your body has a very difficult time in processing the toxins out fast enough. You will need to build up slowly with many different detoxing routines so that you can help your body heal.
I would encourage you to try the dry skin brushing, and Epsom salt/peroxide foot soaks. For the foot soaks, you will want to start off slowly as well, with about
1/2 cup of Epsom salt and only about
2 ounces of peroxide, keep your feet in
lukewarm water only for about
about
5 minutes for the first few times until you see how you do. From there, you can very gradually build up to using up to 2 cups of Epsom Salt - 8 ounces of peroxide - warmer water and up to 30 minutes with your feet in the water - but do it slowly!!
