Your dietician is wrong. The body does metabolize glucose and fructose differently. Also foods with fiber and other nutrients are clearly metabolized differently than pure sugar. Find a different dietician!Glucose and fructose are creating the same insulin dump, perpetuating the same candida growth, enabling spirochete reproduction the same way, and both hamper your immune system.
Now whether one of these foods has additional nutrients is a completely different topic, but if you think you're going to successfully treat Lyme by cutting out
cookies but eating honey by the spoonful instead, you're in for a nasty surprise.
