I've found that those symptoms would lessen as long as I didn't stay in one position too long....while at work, I'd get up every 20-30 minutes and walk to the restroom, copy machine, get a drink, anything to move. If I was walking too long or working in the garden too long, I'd kind of lock up, too....so again, every 20-30 minutes sit for a few and rest.
The houttanuyia (I think I misspelled that!) helped and also I started on Venus Flytrap tincture and noticed good improvements.
Bartonella is my main culprit in all of this and it's slow and steady for treatment. The neuro symptoms have been all over the board and my feet in the mornings felt as though I had broken bones and shards of glass in them for about the first 10 minutes upon waking. Weird jolts of pain in extremities, buzzing feelings, feeling like my arms (mostly) fell asleep and hard to move them. Lots of muscle weakness, too, which was one of my first symptoms and seems to be the hanger on-er now that I've been feeling better, too.
Hope this helps. The nice thing is that the weirdness goes in cycles for the most part, so at least you don't get bored!
