Seeking LLMD in Southern California (Los Angeles, OC County area)

For the past 4 months it is has been an downhill battle for me. I woke up with facial paralysis and was then diagnosed with Candida, I spent two months battling that and suffered great fatigue, muscleskeletal pain after being given Nystatin and Fluconazole ( was given a heavy dose of this 200mg), which depleted my body of all it's nutrients and left my internals swollen and dried. I went from 115 pounds to 95 and been seeing useless doctors, been to ER (useless), been to two urgent care and primary doctor fails to believe I have a serious illness and thinks this is a mental problem. I ran my own tests after seeing I was low in vitamin D and Lyme was positive. For the past four months been having neurological issues, burning hot shooting pains internal and exterior, crawling sensations in body, weakness in limbs, and sleep disturbance ( no more REM sleep and always waking up every two-three hours, Melatonin no longer works), tremors, myclonus, inner body vibrations and I need to see a Lyme Specialist with knowledge with co-infections.

If anyone has any info, I would appreciate it as I'm lost and out of options. I will be willing to travel further than Orange County or further into another state, if the practitioner knows their material and is up to date with current research. I have signed up for some databases to seek doctors but those do not seem adequate and I am still waiting for approval for another forum.

For many years, my symptoms of Gerd, Sinus infections, brain fog has been diagnosed and frankly, I'm tired of having doctors dismiss my illness because I'm young. This illness is very much real and not imagined at all and I hope someday MDs are more educated about this invisible disease and become more compassionate.

I am still awaiting a reply from ILDAS. Submitted a request days ago, but thank you for sharing that. In the meantime, it would be helpful if I was given some recommendations for back up.
