How far after/ before abx can you take other supps?( I am assuming not to take any other supps at exactly the same time...)

Also when something is to be taken on an empty stomach does that just mean empty of food? (Iow can you take multiple "on an empty stomach" supps at the same time? For ex, chlorella, serrapeptase and nattokinase...?)

My newest dr approved everything that I was already taking, but we ran out of time before discussing timing. Now that I'm throwing abx into the mix for the first time, I want to make sure I'm doing it correctly. It is all too expensive to take without being absorbed correctly, etc..,

I did the serrapeptase in the middle of the night. I always wake up once in the middle of the night and I had water and the pill right by my bed. I would wake up to go the bathroom or just wake up and I would take the pill.

Which abx do you take?
I take abx with other supps.
Just be careful if you have Doxy or Mino, as you can't take Multivitamin with them

BBM - I know we shouldn't take calcium with doxy (and maybe mino, too?)
and iron can interfere with some antibiotics.

I'm thinking maybe that's why a multivitamin can't be taken with them?

I bought vitamin b12 and my pharmacist told me not to take it close to tetracycline abx, that's why I don't take either b12 nor multivitamin with Mino.
And also in many multivitamins there is calcium as well.

Really? (B12 and the tetracyclines) - My LLND never told me that...i haven't worried about that...

hmmm...I will have to ask him.
