Sorry I am having a pretty good day. Swam in the lake for about 45 minutes, got some sun then home to eat. Always hungry after swimming. My muscles in my abdomen are very sore. I don't have a "stop eating" button any more and I sometimes over eat and then I get sick to my stomach. Getting sick to my stomach makes my muscles sore. I guess I really get into throwing up.
I have a grandson that I need to drive to court tomorrow and he is just a sad little 21 year old boy. His mother died (my daughter) when he was 12 and he is not finding his way in life.
I pray that he listens to this old woman and takes my advice, otherwise I will have to watch him make mistake after mistake as he flounders his way through life. Not a fun thing to do when you love and care about someone so much.
I'm so sorry your grandson is having troubles. It is the most helpless feeling watching them or our children struggle through when they don't want our feedback. Swimming in the lake sounded heavenly PeteZa. I had thoughts of driving up to the spring fed creek this afternoon but I had a hunch my energy would be short lived. It's a good thing I tasted my spaghetti sauce so often while it simmered, by the time the meal was on the table I had fallen apart and it took me an hour to make headway on my plate. I'd had a handful of frustrations before sitting down and between them and my responses to them, I was wrung out. And then I forgot to take a dose of knotweed until I remembered once I got back on here.
It's been hot again here, over 90 with humidity, and I seem to feel all this so much worse when the temps go over the high 80's. Also, it seems like most of my internal systems practically shut down in this kind of weather.
This is to make y'all laugh. Do you know that Chiggars aren't supposed to have the body parts to evacuate what they eat? One of these days I swear I'm going to look in a mirror and see a giant Chiggar looking back at me!
ETA, Girlie, my joints are so weak if I bend at the knees I can't stand up again. I cannot squat without leaning on something.
