I know this isn't a medical or scientific based topic, but I was wondering what other changes any of you have made due to lyme other than diet, exercise, sleep. For instance, I can't handle having clothes pressing on my hips or waist, so I'm sort of reconfiguring my wardrobe. Will probably cut my hair short because it keeps falling out anyway (not in clumps, but I shed as much as my dog lol). I also do most of my shopping online (even grocery shopping) because I'm too tired to walk that far. I seem to only watch reruns of tv shows or movies I've already seen so I don't have to worry as much about paying attention lol.
I feel like I'm in some sort of 12-step program dealing with so many emotions at once and yet working through all of them. Guilt, anger, hopelessness, anxiety, etc, etc. It has helped me weed out a lot of nonsense, though.
I guess I'm just curious about the little nuances that people changed to make life a little easier. Stuff that other people didn't notice or didn't know were a result of living with Lyme.
