Hi Vimzor -
Yes, as mentioned by PeteZa - you want to take binders 1 hr, preferably 2 hrs AFTER any foods or meds. And then wait to eat or consume anything else 2 hrs, preferably 3 hrs after the binder. They will bind to whatever else is in your stomach, otherwise, and not to the toxins, which will deprive you of nutrition and medications and not do anything to help you detox!
I think it's best to take binders right after antimicrobials, which people take twice a day, particularly abx but due to the schedule this is nearly impossible. So, doing it at night after dinner is best - and if you plan out your evening carefully, you might be able to get in dinner and antimicrobials, get in anything else you need to take and then get your binder in and end the evening with a probiotic that you can sleep on. It's not easy but can be done.
Not sure about the sauna, but it is a detoxing mechanism so it's best after your antimicrobials if you can work it out that way. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry too much when you do the sauna. I'd be sure to take a shower afterwards to rinse off toxins that get drawn out with your sweat.
Hope this is helpful.
