what next?

It has been over a year now since being bitten last June. I started with an Llmd in August, Abx and supplement treatments, including 4 months of rocephin iv. The last three months have been focused on Babesia, using artemisinin, azith, nystatin, crypto, burbur/pinella and diflucan. I will be wrapping up the 4 months soon and wonder what will be next. I have been dealing with headaches since the initial 14 days of doxy at the beginning of this journey. I am affected at every new and full moon with increased headaches. I average 4-5 days a months where I feel I am 75-80% better, linger at 60% the rest of the time.

I am thinking about stepping away from treatments for a couple months just to see what happens. I fortunately do not have any other symptoms at this time. Could it be the drugs that keep me at this level?

The problem with stepping away from treatments right now is that you will almost certainly relapse, and would have to start all over again. I would encourage you to stay in treatment, however switch it up - investigate other possible infections that could be causing your symptoms, or just switch to a different type of treatment, as Blueberrymuffin suggested.
