I am looking to use liposomal glutathione as part of my herx detox protocol, but I need help finding the right brand. Most of the products on Amazon have negative reviews, some for inefficacy, others for poor taste.
1) What brand do you recommend?
2) Describe your glutathione detox protocol i.e. how much you take, when during the day, etc.
Thanks!

I've had great luck with a couple... Tri Fortify orange and ACG Glutathione -- most others yielded no results.

Camel, where did you come by the Tri Fortify, isn't it prescript
ion only?

Try fortify is typically through your doctors office, though you don't need a prescript
ion. I take 1 tsp a day in the am. It's rather sweet tasting. I also take a liquid Tumeric.

I take NAC (N-Acetyl L-Cysteine), which is one of the precursors to Gluthatione. 1-2g/day

Add selenium and Vit-C (Which your adrenal needs anyway)
From a food source I try to eat Liver twice a week.
