Those near Mt. Vernon IL

I have someone in our Lyme support group who has an approved Picc line order from the LLMD most of us use in Columbia IL. They cannot get their doctor to fulfill this doctors order for a Picc line IV. Any suggestions of someone they can contact? Thanks, Jeff
