Does anyone have any scoop on this drug? I've researched like crazy after BlueLyme mentioned it on another thread. There's not much out there for such a novel drug - antibiofilm/antibiotic combo. It started stage 2 trials last year. Is it complete? Is there a way to know when/if stage 3 starts? Do you think it will be oral or IV?

I almost want to save my gut for something that's really going to be worth it. Anyone else feel that way?

I need some good news or updates on scientists doing SOMETHING. I wish the speed would pick up here.

I wouldn't get my hopes up on it. Yes, one part of it tackles biofilm, and another the spiro but we all know one abx can do all 3 forms of lyme. it would probably have to be used with other abx like today.

Check with new haven eva sapi has done some work with it ...lettuce know if you find anything more ..the website is really vague mentions mrsa .doesnt describe mechansm or side effects ..like it will cure you but may cause aplastic anemia ..? The pic of agar slide looked like it cleared most of staph...but ya idk...maybe eva will release some info soon
