Need some help with thieves oil

I notice that some of you are using thieves oil for staph in the sinuses. Can you tell me how to best do this? I've seen that some of you just swab the inside of the nose. Oh and what brand do you use?

I thought some people speak highly of those popular young living oils? I think they are very overpriced.

Thanks Artermix. Ok so are the rest of you guys going to make me beg for help with this? Ok I'm begging (lol) 😊.

Maybe you don't use thieves but something else. I'm very open to suggestions. Thank you!

Plant Therapy and Edens Garden sell high quality essential oils at good prices.. You can mix your own thieves oil if you want. You will definitely want to dilute it with a carrier oil or mix it with water it burns quite a few oils in the blend are mucus membrane irritants.
There are some good home remedies on Earth Clinic you can try for sinusitus. Even a Salt wash is a good place to start.

I love the quality of Young Living oils. A friend of mine was a distributor and went to the company and told me how impressed she was with the procedures for arriving at the oils. She sold me. But the price is high.

Thieves is a blend of clove, cinnamon bark, rosemary, lemon and eucalyptus. I have not put them in my nose, but have put drops on the bottom of my feet.

My Young Living distributor friend would put 1 drop in a teaspoon of ACV when she got a sinus infection. I found relief from my sinus problems with eucalyptus oil.

Funny story - Went on vacation and had a slight sinus problem. I took my eucalyptus oil with me and when we checked into the only hotel open that evening, I put some on my feet and on my temples. The next morning I felt much better BUT hubby was covered with flea bites. They did not touch me because of the eucalyptus oil. Now we take it on every vacation.

One other thing Krimpet - the oils are similar to the herbs. Some don't work for some people. So another oil has to be tried, just like some herbs can't be taken by some people. Just an FYI.

Do you think it would be beneficial for back pain? I read it somewhere, but I am not sure if I should try it

Francenscence with dmso for back pain ...

and for nasal stuff i use silver ,xylatol ,10 drops gsa ,distilled water in a spray it hurts less than thieves
