I would like to add this to my protocol for the depressive component of what is going on. Anyone use this in their protocol? What brand did you feel worked for you. Thanks.

Awesome question. I take a capsule now, but it isn't working out... I need to take it with food, but I am taking binders, so I can't take it near food... oh, the troubles with scheduling...
