anyone have this done? i'm getting it done in a few weeks curious what people's experiences were. i had the xytoscan done can't say it was all that useful apparently i'm perfect diet/food wise it does show that my lyme is active while bart, ehrlichia and babesia are all in the past. funny cause babesia just showed up as igenex positive a few months ago so not sure how much i take stock in this particular scan. thx.

It will show inflammation ..my d as d was considering for prostste dx and is helpful in ladies too

There is a facility a few hours away that do thermography for screening breast cancer.
It is based on detecting the heat produced by increased blood vessel circulation.

This is a great way to find focal infections-cheap also.

They sue it for breast cancer often-ask for a head shot and see if your dental is infected

My LLMD told me they use these for all sorts of things like some of you have stated. As inflammation is typically a problem with the cronic lyme/co-infection sufferer i can see this being of some use.

In terms of cheap nope not in my neck of the woods my LLMD is in NYC so everything is 3x more expensive than it needs to be. A Xytoscan is $100 and Thermography is $300. When I looked at the xytoscan device I said to myself I could buy the device for the price they're paying!

Yes they were doing that for breast exams at the clinic in FL.

Inflammation is a result of bacterium, virus or fungus. So the readings could be a result of all or some of these things.

Thermography for Lyme disease is not helpful. It will show areas of inflammation and neuropathy. If you have Lyme, you have both. The equipment is expensive and some practitioners recommend it when not necessary so they can a. make money and b. justify the sale of expensive supplements and treatments by showing the patient how much inflammation and neuropathy they have.

Despite of what everyone said I would love to do whole body thermography.

I did a painting for breast cancer where I used thermography as a reference for my painting subject
Either way the readings would show area of problems anyway so I think it would be useful.

I am also thinking about this, but at the moment I don't have finacial resources. But in the future I would definitely like to do it.

me too...if I had money to spare...I would do it...if even only to check for early breast cancer.
