While trying to supplement and space the meds prescribed by my llmd I decided to snap the picture, as it's starting to look wild and requires some serious planning.
Not included are Apple vinegar tonic, bulletproof cacao with coconut oil, Eleuthero which I just run out (but I only use it when I need a boost) and antihistamine herbs, which I haven't fully researched yet.
VIEW IMAGEI've used latest Buhner's book and Burrascano's treatment guidelines and the following buzzwords taken from there: collagen support, antibiotic damage control, mitochondria support, yeast overgrowth protection, detoxing, exercise, relaxation and proper sleep.
