LLMD near Portland / Seattle area?

Hello all, could any of you help me find a Lyme literate Medical Doctor in the Pacific Northwest. I can't go to an ND, and I'm having trouble finding many options. I've recently tested positive through IgeneX, though I've been struggling with a lot of pain in my shoulders and feet for the last year. Thank you for any help that you can offer.
