Yes.. just keep going - do not double up. Are you missing because you're forgetting or you just aren't organized yet? Try to set alarms and write yourself notes. It mostly helped me but not all the time.
I had a HORRIBLE time staying on my protocol, which was literally taking something on a half hour basis from morning until night except for a 3 hr window in the afternoon. It was impossible with my cognitive problems... and I did OK in the long-run.
