Dandruff and Dry scaly red rash clusters on face and head only

I've had this issue pre abx but only getting worse while in abx treatment. I get scaly dry skin in areas under my eyebrow, beard, cheeks and on my head. They look eczema or Psoriasis like. It's only on my face and scalp. Has anyone experience this and found the culprit?
